These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and 333pet ("333pet", "we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the 333pet website at 333pet.net and any related mobile applications, software, features, or services offered under the 333pet brand.

By completing the registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox during sign-up, you confirm that you are legally permitted to enter into this agreement, that you meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years, and that you are accessing the platform voluntarily for entertainment purposes. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the 333pet platform.

These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 333pet. In the event of any inconsistency between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

333pet operates this platform as an English-language online casino and sportsbook designed for adult players in Bangladesh. All communications, notices, and legal documents issued by 333pet are provided in English. It is your responsibility to ensure that you understand the English-language content of these Terms before accepting them. These Terms were last updated in January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. The most current version of these Terms is always available at 333pet.net/terms-conditions.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 333pet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

1. You are at least 18 years of age;
2. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you;
3. You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
4. You are registering and using the platform for your own personal entertainment purposes, and not on behalf of any third party;
5. You are not a current or former employee, director, contractor, or agent of 333pet or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
6. You have not previously been self-excluded from 333pet or had your account permanently closed by 333pet for violation of these Terms.

Registration Process

To register an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method. You must not register using false or misleading information. 333pet reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all registration information at any time.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 333pet platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. If you suspect that a duplicate account exists in your name, contact support immediately.

Identity Verification (KYC)

333pet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at any other time at our reasonable discretion, we may request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment method. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, driver's licence, and utility bill or bank statement for address verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the closure of your account.

As a registered player on the 333pet platform, you accept the following obligations and conduct standards. Violation of any of these obligations may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account, at 333pet's sole discretion.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. 333pet will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 333pet immediately by contacting support. 333pet accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 333pet platform:

1. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit bonuses, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner;
2. Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated activity intended to gain an unfair advantage;
3. Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical faults in the platform's software — any winnings arising from a known technical error are void and will not be paid out;
4. Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime;
5. Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward 333pet staff or other players;
6. Attempting to circumvent any security, age verification, or identity verification measure on the platform.

333pet reserves the right to investigate any activity that it reasonably suspects violates these obligations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, fund seizure, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

Deposits

333pet accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. 333pet does not charge a transaction fee on standard deposits made via supported Bangladeshi mobile banking services. Transaction fees imposed by your payment provider are beyond 333pet's control and are your responsibility.

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your account wallet in real time or within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. During periods of exceptionally high transaction volume — such as during BPL match days — processing may take slightly longer. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 10 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete KYC identity verification as described in Section 2. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay / SureCash: Typically processed within the same session for amounts under ৳50,000, subject to KYC clearance;
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days depending on your card issuer;

333pet reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that it deems unusual or high-risk before processing the payment. Withdrawal requests linked to bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5.

Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on the 333pet platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), represented by the symbol ৳. No other currency is accepted or displayed on the platform.

333pet offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL finals, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly published at the time the promotion is offered.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The specific bonus percentage, minimum qualifying deposit, and wagering requirements applicable at the time of your registration will be stated on the promotion detail page. Welcome bonuses are available to new players only — one per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which is the total amount you must wager before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and will be stated clearly in the relevant offer terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms.

Bonus Abuse

333pet actively monitors bonus usage patterns. The following behaviours are classified as bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus;
• Placing bets that exploit bonus structures to guarantee profit regardless of outcome ("arbitrage betting" or "bonus hunting");
• Providing false information to qualify for a bonus;
• Coordinating with other players to misuse promotional offers.

333pet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to withhold any bonus or winnings if it has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse.

All bets and wagers placed on the 333pet platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or betting market in question, as displayed within the platform at the time the bet is placed. In the event of any ambiguity, the platform's displayed rules at the time of the bet take precedence.

Sports Betting

Pre-match and in-play sports bets are accepted on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, bilateral series), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports as available. Odds are subject to change without notice. Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet slip reference number issued, the odds at which the bet was accepted are locked in and will not be changed by 333pet retroactively, except in the case of a palpable error. A "palpable error" means an obvious pricing mistake that no reasonable person would expect to stand — for example, odds of 100/1 on a heavy favourite due to a data feed error. Bets placed on palpable errors are void and stakes are returned.

Casino Games

All casino games available on 333pet — including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games — use certified random number generation (RNG) or live physical dealing mechanisms, as appropriate to the game type. Game results are determined at the time of play and are final. Disconnection from the platform during a live game round does not automatically void the bet — where technically possible, the round will be completed and the outcome applied to your account. If a disconnection results in an irrecoverable game state, 333pet's technical logs will be used to determine the correct resolution.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games and are displayed within the game or betting interface. 333pet reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts or markets at its reasonable discretion, including in response to winning patterns or risk management requirements.

Void Bets

A bet will be declared void and the stake returned in circumstances including but not limited to: cancellation of the event before completion, technical error resulting in a palpable mis-pricing, or insufficient information to settle the market. Void bets do not count toward bonus wagering requirements.

333pet is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, and we enforce the 18+ age restriction without exception. Full details of our responsible gaming approach are set out in the separate Responsible Gaming Policy available at 333pet.net/responsible-gaming. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations. 333pet will alert you — or log you out — when your configured limit is reached.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend betting and deposit functions for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, all marketing communications from 333pet are also suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 333pet platform. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed by the player alone and will remain in effect for the minimum specified period. Contact support to initiate self-exclusion.

333pet monitors account activity for patterns consistent with problem gambling. If our team identifies such patterns, we may proactively reach out to the player to offer support and information. This is not a substitute for the player's own responsibility to use the platform within their means and to seek help if needed.

All content on the 333pet platform — including but not limited to the 333pet brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other creative or technical works — is the exclusive intellectual property of 333pet or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 333pet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 333pet platform;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract any software component of the platform;
• Use the 333pet brand, logo, or any associated marks in any commercial or promotional context without prior written consent from 333pet.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and others — remains the intellectual property of those studios and is subject to their respective licences. 333pet does not claim ownership over third-party game content.

The 333pet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 333pet takes all reasonable steps to ensure that the platform is available 24/7, secure, and free from material errors, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary service interruptions. 333pet will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where practical.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 333pet excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform;
• Losses arising from delays, interruptions, or errors in the platform's software or payment processing infrastructure;
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials;
• Losses arising from the actions or omissions of third-party game providers or payment service providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 333pet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these Terms.

You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that 333pet cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred through normal gameplay, including losses resulting from in-play decisions, sports outcomes, or random game results. Gambling is entertainment — never bet more than you can afford to lose.

Closure by the Player. You may request the closure of your 333pet account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any pending bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Suspension or Closure by 333pet. 333pet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Discovery that you provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Discovery that you are under 18 years of age;
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity;
• Multi-accounting or bonus abuse as described in Sections 2 and 5;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a responsible gaming authority;
• Any regulatory, legal, or compliance requirement that necessitates account closure.

Where an account is closed by 333pet due to a violation of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited at 333pet's discretion. 333pet will provide a written explanation of the closure reason upon request, except where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation or violate a legal obligation.

333pet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 333pet will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable. Minor updates — such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not materially alter your rights — may be made without advance notice.

The revised Terms will be published at 333pet.net/terms-conditions with a new effective date. Your continued use of the 333pet platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revision, you must stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure before the revised Terms take effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. 333pet recommends checking this page at the start of each BPL season and at the beginning of each calendar year.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 333pet operates the platform for the Bangladeshi market and these Terms are drafted with that context in mind.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and 333pet regarding any aspect of the platform, your account, a bet, a payment, or these Terms, you should first contact our customer support team by email at [email protected] with a clear description of your complaint. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 7 business days.

If your complaint cannot be resolved through our support process to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter by requesting a formal review from a senior member of the 333pet compliance team. All formal reviews will be conducted in English and a written decision will be provided within 14 business days of the escalation request being received.

333pet makes no representation that the platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions other than Bangladesh. Players who access the platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
